The THREAT AND HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT is a dossier of compiled intelligence, reconnaissance, and risk assessment to systematically process and identify all potential difficulties and challenges that must be overcome before a country can be invaded.

The Singularity – the globe spanning judicial body charged with policing all divine, mystical, and arcane activities has its eyes set on Fuumashon, the only place on Earth where “Wild Magic” is rampant and unregulated.

Captain Terrence Ballinger, a pirate turned mercenary, is sent to the newly discovered continent to conduct T.H.I.R.A. investigations and inform the high council what challenges it would face in bringing the land of dragons to its knees.

Ballinger spends weeks in the Emerald Isle learning how much blood and how many bodies it would take to subjugate Shefa and his army of Chimera. He returns changed in ways no one could have seen coming and for the first time, he fears the Singularity may have made an enemy able to challenge even its endless armies.
